We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. You can initiate a return through our online portal to receive a prepaid shipping label.

Dualtron accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment options through Klarna and Afterpay.

How do I determine my correct size?

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

We are committed to ethical fashion. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or deadstock fabrics to minimize our environmental footprint.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of the order being placed.
